2. Eligibility and Registration
To register a fuji99 account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:
- Age. You must be at least 21 years of age. fuji99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification is not satisfied.
- Legal capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapable by a competent authority are ineligible to register.
- Single account. You may hold only one registered account on fuji99. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, or payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
- Accurate information. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. fuji99 may require documentary evidence to verify the information you have provided.
- Personal use. You must register and use your fuji99 account strictly for personal entertainment purposes. Use of the platform for commercial or professional gambling, or on behalf of any third party, is not permitted.
- Not self-excluded. You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with fuji99 or have been permanently excluded from the platform. Attempting to register during an active self-exclusion period is a breach of these Terms.
3. Account Management and Security
Upon successful registration, fuji99 will create a single member account linked to the credentials you provided. You are entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.
You must keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances. fuji99 staff will never ask you for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify fuji99 support immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured.
fuji99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or other members.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
fuji99 operates a Know Your Customer process as part of its commitment to safe and fair gaming. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage: a government-issued photo identification card (National ID, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of withdrawal rights until the verification is resolved.
Inactive and Dormant Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no real-money login or transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. fuji99 will notify you by the contact details held on record before applying any dormancy administration fee to an inactive account balance. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
fuji99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the approved payment methods listed on the platform at the time of the transaction. Supported methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Deposits. Deposits are credited to your fuji99 account balance in real time or within the processing window stated for each payment method. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated in a current promotion. fuji99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and, where applicable, fulfilment of any active bonus wagering requirements. fuji99 will endeavour to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe stated for each payment method. fuji99 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend the processing period.
Return of funds. In the event that an erroneous credit is made to your account — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or any other cause — fuji99 reserves the right to reclaim those funds in full. You must not attempt to withdraw funds that you know, or reasonably ought to know, have been credited in error.
Currency note: All amounts on fuji99 are displayed and settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). fuji99 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Please check with your payment provider if you are uncertain.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
fuji99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms that are communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), expiry period, and maximum withdrawal limit derived from bonus winnings.
Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply across all fuji99 promotions:
- One bonus per promotion. Each promotion may be claimed once per member, per household address, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
- Wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the promotion before a withdrawal request will be considered. Real-money funds in your account are used first before bonus funds, unless the promotion specifies a different play-through order.
- Bonus expiry. Bonuses that are not used and wagering requirements that are not met within the stated expiry period will be forfeited without compensation.
- Abuse and exploitation. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other members — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of the relevant bonus, associated winnings, and potentially the permanent closure of the account.
- fuji99 discretion. fuji99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a member has already qualified, fuji99 will honour the offer for that member where reasonably practicable.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on fuji99 — including live casino, slots, sports betting, bingo, and specialty games — are provided by certified third-party game studios and operate in accordance with those studios' individual game rules. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
All outcomes in fuji99 casino games are determined by independently certified random number generation systems. fuji99 does not alter, influence, or manipulate game outcomes in any way. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the game provider and is not adjustable by fuji99.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — whether caused by a software fault, server interruption, or network failure — fuji99 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager amount to the member's account balance. No game outcome produced by a demonstrably faulty random number generator or a broken game round will be honoured as a valid win.
Sports Betting Rules
Sports betting markets on fuji99 are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided due to abandonment, postponement beyond the stated settlement period, or any other eligible voiding event will be settled as void and the stake returned. fuji99's decisions on the settlement of disputed sports betting markets are final and binding, subject only to a formal review request submitted to the support team within 72 hours of settlement.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fuji99: use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; collusion with other members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting software bugs or errors rather than reporting them; placing bets with the intention of qualifying for a bonus without genuine gambling intent (bonus hunting); and any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sporting outcomes. Breach of this clause will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
7. Intellectual Property
All content published on fuji99.pro — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of fuji99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

fuji99 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that defects will be corrected. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the platform at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fuji99's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by fuji99's negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Upon receiving a closure request, fuji99 will process any pending approved withdrawals of real-money balances before closing the account. Bonus balances and associated bonus winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Closure by fuji99. fuji99 reserves the right to close or suspend your account at any time with or without notice if: you breach any provision of these Terms; fuji99 reasonably suspects fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity; you have provided false information during registration or verification; or fuji99 is required to do so by applicable law or by a lawful request from a competent authority.
Upon account closure initiated by fuji99 due to a breach of these Terms, fuji99 reserves the right to retain all account balances as liquidated damages to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the fuji99 Services that cannot be resolved informally should be directed first to the fuji99 support team, who will endeavour to reach a fair and timely resolution.
fuji99's decisions on matters within its discretion — including but not limited to bonus eligibility, account status, and game outcome disputes — are final, subject to a formal review request submitted in writing to the support team within 14 days of the disputed decision.
These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

Assignment. You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without the prior written consent of fuji99. fuji99 may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
